Sponsoring a delegate makes a positive change in a teen's life. Please be sure to follow these steps to ensure sponsorship is succesfully completed.

• Download application
• Pay sponsorship fee of $300 per sponsored delegate via Paypal or enclose check with application(s).
  If paying via Paypal, please note the name of the sponsored delegate prior to completing transaction.
• Mail application and check (if applicable) to the following address.
